Who We Are
Kian Green Up is an Anaheim-based compound manufacturer turning post-consumer and post-industrial waste streams into high-performance engineering thermoplastics — from recycled nylon and polypropylene to bio-based and biodegradable grades.
We believe the next generation of engineering materials shouldn't start with virgin fossil feedstocks. By applying precision compounding to recycled, bio-based, and recoverable materials, we help US manufacturers meet performance specs and circularity goals simultaneously.
Our team of PhD polymer engineers works across PCR, PIR, bio-based, and biodegradable compound development — drawing from diverse feedstocks including post-consumer carpet, fishing nets, and industrial waste streams. Circularity, recyclability, and sustainability are core design criteria in everything we develop.
Supported by a capital improvement grant from CARE (Carpet America Recovery Effort), Kian Green Up installed the first post-consumer carpet (PCC) pelletizing infrastructure in California at our Anaheim facility. Pelletizing is a critical value-adding step in advanced mechanical recycling — carpet fibers are densified into pellets that feed directly into automotive, appliance, and construction applications.

We work across multiple polymer families and recycling pathways — always with circularity as a core design criterion.
From waste stream to engineering compound — our three-step process.
